Six-Figure Sovereignty Service Agreement

Non-Refundable Investment: The investment paid to the Prosperous Feminine, LLC (Company) is non-refundable, whether paid in installments or in a lump sum. In the unlikely event that the Coach is unable to fulfill the program described, alternate options will be made available.
Timely Payments: Client agrees to pay all amounts when due. If Client fails to make a payment when due, Company may suspend the delivery of the program and coaching services until such payment is made. Client authorizes Company to charge the provided credit card for any amounts due and will be responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks.
Confidentiality: Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality and protect against disclosure of any confidential information disclosed during the term of this agreement. If participating in group coaching, Client shall treat other clients’ information as confidential and not disclose it without prior written consent.
Personal Commitment and Professional Behavior: Client commits to fully engaging in the program and bringing their best self to complete it. Client shall show up on time for all scheduled sessions and behave professionally, courteously, and respectfully. Failure to engage or behave appropriately may result in termination of the agreement without any recourse or refund.
Limitation of Liability and Release: Client understands and agrees that the Company is only providing coaching and training services and is enrolling in the program at their own risk understanding this is not therapy and results are not guaranteed. The Company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the Client’s use or misuse of the services. Client releases the Coach and Company from any and all damages arising from their participation in the program.
Use of materials: Client understands that all training and materials are only for the use of the paying client and not to be shared or used in their own training or shared among colleagues. Client understands that all rights are reserved by the company.
